Performance Development Consulting Corporation (PDCC) was formed in 2003 by Robert M. Shane.  Robert M. Getting Started
The first step is to arrange a meeting with the chief executive officer of your organization at your site.  This meetings is normally followed up by a walk-thru of your facilities being hosted by a suitably experienced person.  Depending on your organization size, a second visit may be required to collect additional information required for PDCC to develop a proposal for services.  There is no fee required for these first steps.  We do ask that your organization reimburse PDCC for travel expenses.  If a proposal is requested, we ask that the chief executive officer be present at the proposal presentation meeting.
